At Purrfect Collection, we take pride in providing high-quality products for both cats and their humans. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are not broken or defective.
